Employee perception about performance appraisal and staff performance effectiveness among private health facilities in Ghana: The moderating role of aligned rewards

This study examined the moderating influence of rewards on link between workers' perception performance appraisal and effectiveness within Ghana's growing private health organizations. Despite several studies evaluation, rewards, performance, effect in facilities has not been studied. The theory feedback interaction served as study's theoretical foundation. used a quantitative method by employing regression analysis (process macro 4.2 Andrew Hayes) to analyze responses from 235 sampled participants. findings revealed positive relationship workers’ perceptions evaluation staff effectiveness. Conversely, negatively partially moderated correlation about advanced development incentives provided evidence that practitioners scholars must investigate management continually expanding sector.
